
This course provides students with practical tools, support information, and strategies to help maintain positive wellbeing while studying. Learners will explore topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, healthy routines, self-care, resilience, and accessing support services in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The course encourages students to build confidence in recognising when they or others may need support and how to seek help safely and appropriately. Resources include wellbeing activities, support contacts, reflection tasks, and links to professional services and community organisations.
This course is designed to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
