This course provides students with practical tools, support information, and strategies to help maintain positive wellbeing while studying. Learners will explore topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, healthy routines, self-care, resilience, and accessing support services in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The course encourages students to build confidence in recognising when they or others may need support and how to seek help safely and appropriately. Resources include wellbeing activities, support contacts, reflection tasks, and links to professional services and community organisations.
This course is designed to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

This course is designed to help you take control of your time, stay focused on what matters, and make consistent progress toward your goals. Each month is an opportunity to reset, reflect, and move forward with intention, and this course will guide you through that process step by step.
You’ll learn how to set clear, realistic goals, break them into manageable actions, and track your progress each month. Whether you're working on personal growth, study, or professional development, these tools will help you stay organized and motivated.
By the end of each cycle, you’ll not only see what you’ve achieved but also build a sustainable system for continuous improvement.
